I had ordered BlackBerry 9630 Tour 3G through the add i received on my mail ID allonshealthcare@yahoo.com and i had paid (Rs. 10298.00) full amount through my HDFC credit card. and on 2nd of August i received the mail from bag it today that my order is confirmed and its no. is TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012-243453 and that you will receive it within 10-15 days but after that i called at their customer care no. 0120-4112424 and thay informed me that THE PRODUCT IS SHORTand will be dispatch you earlier but still i didn't received it. I again called at this no. than again they informed me that its still short in stock. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money with interest of 1 month as i am paying to the credit card company. on behalf of this call they did not cancelled my order bur send me the message on my cell no. 9872096948 that (Due to unforeseen circumstances there has been a delay in delievery of your order of Blackberry tour 3 G we sincerly regret the same and are workin towards getting it delievered in next 10-15 days. As token of our appreciation towards your patience, we aresending a pair of Numero Uno sunglasses worth Rs. 2750.00 absolutely free for you.). but after 15 days i had received nothing. So are they making fool of the peoples. So let me know what step I should Take to stop them for doing this type of frouds with us.
